I’m David McAleer, the proud owner of Kilts & Cables Solar & Electrical.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

The properties of electricity have always fascinated me. The way it produces movement and induces processes is extraordinary, and the very reason why I chose to become an electrician.

In 1991, I joined the electrical industry, and have been a part of it ever since. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed and collected extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction and renovations in the UK and Canada.

As a rising professional, it has been my ultimate goal to grow my own customer base and provide the highest possible level of service. So, when I launched my own company, I was extremely excited. I Incorporated Kilts & Cables in 2017 in Alberta, and later on, added solar power services to the business. Today, our solar services are really taking off due to its growing popularity of renewable energy.

I enjoy working as an electrician as I get to help several customers decide what products best fit their requirements and also work on their installations, which I absolutely love! Apart from this, the most rewarding part of my job is seeing my customers happy with my services.

Whether my clients require solar power, security systems, or electrical repairs and installations, my goal is to provide the best product and service available at a reasonable price. When advertising my services to my customers, I make sure to educate them about the quality of our products and services. I also enlighten them about our quick turnaround time and adherence to the highest standards as if we would with our own houses.

Through the years, I have managed to achieve a significant amount of success, and I owe it all to my service model that places the needs of my customers first. By putting their requirements ahead of my own, I was also able to keep my business afloat while going through the Alberta economic recession and, more recently, the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been tough on us. But we managed to keep going due to the hard work and commitment of our team. Moreover, the kindness of our clients, which has kept us employed, and we are incredibly grateful to them.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy going camping, spending quality time with my family, and engaging in home renovations.

Besides this, I also enjoy contributing to the betterment of my community. My home city of Calgary and province have been suffering over the past five years due to the economic downturn and COVID-19. In the coming years, I aim to do my best to help our great city and province to come back stronger than ever!

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our expertise as residential and commercial electricians in Calgary, Alberta, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit our website at www.kiltsandcables.com.

David
